what works for me:
Meet others for exercise dates. I am less likely to miss if someone is waiting for me.
Try to make good choices 90% of the time.
Weigh in once a week with my support group.
Try a new fruit or vegetable every week.
Reward myself with non-food rewards as I reached goals of 5 or 10 lbs.
