I found this diet really hard to follow because of all the bread and rice that I wasn't allowed to eat. Sometimes I would really crave the bread basket when I was out at a restaurant, so it was hard that I couldn't always eat what I wanted. But hey, sticking to it lead to some weight loss even though after I finished the diet I gained some of the weight back!
